The Upscale Living Experience
Our BTH Loft model offers you more functionality in a smaller footprint. With a total area of 22 m², this design cleverly utilizes vertical space to create a separate sleeping area in the mezzanine (loft). This layout makes the 22 m² feel significantly larger and more like a traditional home.
Design: Features an open-plan ground floor and a separate sleeping area in the loft, accessible via stairs or a ladder.
Space: The ground floor (16 m² of living space with a kitchenette/bathroom) has a high ceiling, while the loft area (approx. 6 m²) offers a cozy and private bedroom.
Versatility: The added vertical dimension makes this home ideal for couples who desire a separate, private sleeping area or need additional storage space.
