This elegant tiny house of 27 m² has been personally build in 2024. It combines modern design, high living comfort, and a nature-oriented lifestyle. Built from sustainable solid wood, it features a well-organized single-level layout: a custom-made, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bright living space with a cozy lounge corner, a bedroom with smart integrated storage, a modern bathroom, and a utility room with a washing machine connection.
The house is equipped with a 80lt hot water boiler, an air conditioning system (remote control) with split unit for heating and can be complemented by a wood-burning stove connected to a chimney, creating an even more inviting atmosphere. High-quality finishes such as the stone kitchen countertop and anti-fingerprint surfaces ensure both functionality and refined aesthetics.
The treated spruce wood façade, enhanced with elegant anthracite-colored metal details, gives the property a modern and timeless appearance. The tiny house can be handed over, optionally fully furnished, in summer or autumn 2026 and is ideal as a compact living solution for those seeking a minimalist and sustainable lifestyle.
The tiny house is currently located in the Tyrolean Lowlands and can be viewed by appointment. It is sold without land, offering maximum flexibility in choosing its future location. Transport is the responsibility of the buyer (ideally via a low-loader truck), but assistance with organization can be provided.
At the new site, the house can be installed on point or strip foundations. Connections for water, electricity, and sewage are already prepared, allowing for easy installation and full customization according to individual needs.
