The dimensions of the house are 4m x 8.5m. in the house we have a large open space with a kitchen, bathroom, utility room and mezzanine.

Construction

The house is built in the frame technology of structural timber, the diffusion-open walls ensure longevity. It is insulated with polyurethane foam and mineral wool. From the outside, it is finished with a spruce facade board and a seam sheet.

Interior finish

The interior is fully finished and ready to move in.

Starting with the bathroom, ROCKO tiled finish, shower, mirror, sink with cabinet and instantaneous water heater.

Kitchen furniture was made to measure for the project. When it comes to kitchen equipment, we have an induction stove, a sink, and a fridge freezer.

Above the bathroom there is a mezzanine for sleeping.

The house is heated by an air-to-air (AC) heat pump, an additional source of heat is the electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Transportation

The house can be transported anywhere in the world. The price depends on the delivery date and distance and is paid by the buyer. An additional cost for the buyer is also unloading (we cover the loading). The house can be relocated to another location.
