This stunning home is made up of two fully finished modules that are transported to the investor and seamlessly connected on-site using our innovative technology. With a base area of 35 square meters, the open ceiling above half of the living space creates an airy, open environment with breathtaking views through the large windows. Designed for year-round living, the house combines style and durability. The exterior features a unique facade, made from a mix of sleek sheet metal and ultra-durable basalt stone panels, giving it a modern, sophisticated look.

The interior walls are finished with ROCKO panels, while the ceilings and joints are crafted from beautiful spruce wood, adding warmth and natural elegance.

To ensure year-round comfort, an air-to-air heat pump provides efficient heating in winter and cooling in summer, distributed evenly throughout the house.
