For sale: my partially completed tinyhouse, on a brand-new vlemmix tinyhouse trailer. My friends and I built this with great care and love over the past few years, but the municipality has asked me to remove it from my land. The removal has to happen immediately. Therefore I’m selling it for more or less the value of the trailer under it.
To keep in mind:
You will be responsible for hiring machinery to take it off my country, and put it on a deep loader (I would not recommend driving it on the road)
The removal has to happen soon
The dimensions are large. I would not take this house far from where it currently is (Ursem, nh). Particularly not under any bridges.
The house is very well insulated. siding is Siberian larch, which in principle needs only light sanding and oil.
handmade new hardwood windows, second hand sliding doors
electrical wiring mostly done, plumbing mostly done
interior wall plasterboard is done, floor still to be laid. kitchen and bathroom and bedroom still to be built.
various extras available if wanted. For example the wood theater that was intended for installation.
