35 m² with sleeping loft
The BARN 35 is built in our own factory in Latvia, where winter stays below −15 °C for weeks. That is what shapes the house: a thick continuous insulation shell, an airtight construction, no thermal bridges, triple glazing. In the Netherlands that means no cold draught along the skirting in January, no condensation on the glass, and a house that stays cool in summer. A home for permanent, year-round living.

Delivery approx. 18 – 30 weeks. Warranty 5 years structural, 2 years finishes and installations. Suitable as a permanent home or care annexe.
