Whether you are going to live alone or want to live together, the layout of this design is practical, spacious and attractive. With a spacious living room, compact kitchen and bedroom downstairs, you can live comfortably and cozy in this Tiny House. The attached greenhouse at this THOW (Tiny House On Wheels) is a fantastic extension of your living space, where you can sit for a large part of the year or grow your own vegetables. The construction is designed for maximum insulation, which makes this package easy to make suitable for a permanent environmental permit and meets the insulation requirements of the Bbl (Living Environment Building Decree) category permanent construction. For a permanent permit, the space under the trailer must also be closed, for example by allowing the facade to extend downwards.
The basis of this THOW is a Vlemmix trailer (or similar) of 8 x 2.55 meters. The fire requirements are based on a 30-minute fire spread restriction (wbdbo). If this does not apply where you place the house, finishing with plaster is not necessary.
