The entrance is centrally located and features a glass door. To the right is a raised platform, currently used as the living area. This space also has a large window that can be fully opened. The upper half of the window can be tilted for ventilation and is fitted with an insect screen.
The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove that is capable of heating the entire interior.
There is ample storage space underneath the raised platform.
The center of the house contains the staircase, kitchen, and dining table. The staircase incorporates shelves and cabinets, providing additional storage. The elevated dining table is positioned next to a large window, creating a bright and pleasant dining area.
The kitchen includes cabinets and drawers, a single sink, a two-burner electric induction cooktop, and an oven, which has seen very little use.
At the rear of the tiny house is the bathroom, featuring a toilet, a separate electric heater, a window with an insect screen, a small sink, a storage shelf, and a shower with a sliding door.
The sleeping loft is located upstairs. It currently accommodates a 140 cm × 200 cm bed and two small bedside cabinets. Both windows are fitted with insect screens and can be opened in the tilt position for ventilation.
The tiny house was purchased in 2024 from its original owner, who built it himself. It is 4 years old.

- Installed a shower enclosure
- Upgraded the plumbing system to improve drainage for the sink and shower
- Installed a wood-burning stove
- Added an insect screen to the large window in the living area
- Installed 2 smoke detectors
- Installed 1 carbon monoxide detector
