The living room is equipped with an air-conditioning unit for both heating and cooling. It also includes a pantry / kitchenette with an electric cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and a (freestanding) microwave.
The home has only been used occasionally in recent months and is therefore virtually new. After purchasing it in March 2025, we made many improvements and upgrades, resulting in a cozy yet solid and high-quality home.
The internal dimensions (L x W x H) are: 7,750 x 2,750 x 2,400 mm. The unit is built on a robust frame with a solid steel profile of 80 x 80 x 3 mm, incorporating a steel lifting frame integrated into the corner profiles and roof (lifting eyes are supplied separately).
The unit is fitted with fully insulated, maintenance-free panels. Wall, floor, and roof insulation meet the 2025 standard requirements with 100 mm EPS insulation.
The floor is finished with a light oak-colored PVC floor, easy to clean and comfortable to use.

After disconnecting the water, drainage, data, and electrical connections, the unit can be transported. Transport costs and related expenses are for the buyer and are not included in the delivery.
After relocation, the unit can be put into immediate use as a home for assisted living, a tiny house, or accommodation for one or two people.
