Architect Antti Hänninen and Marjolein in Klein offer you a choice of four Tiny House construction drawing packages with which you can get started immediately at a very affordable price.

Designing or having your own Tiny House designed is not the best choice for everyone. If you do not have very specific design requirements, or are working on a limited budget, then purchasing ready-made construction drawings of a model that appeals to you is a good choice.

Four models

We offer you a choice of four Tiny House models, there is a suitable model for every situation:

• THOW (Tiny House on Wheels) with veranda
• THOW with an attached greenhouse
• temporary and movable Tiny House without wheels
• permanent Tiny House

With these complete construction drawing packages you save thousands of euros in costs for an architect. The construction drawings comply with the Bbl (Living Environment Construction Works Decree) so that you can obtain an environmental permit for them. They are very complete, including construction and insulation calculations.

The construction drawing packages are very complete, including construction and insulation calculations. They are designed so that you can immediately start building your Tiny House, with the confidence that you have chosen a solid and professional design. That gives you a peace of mind. All packages consist of:

• General overview drawing (specifications)
• Technical drawing
• Construction calculation valid in the Netherlands
• Insulation value calculation including moisture calculation
• Installation proposal

If you would like to have adjustments made to these designs, that is possible. Moreover, all qualities of the models can be applied to other designs. For example, if you want a permanent Tiny House, but with the attached greenhouse as shown in the THOW design, that is possible. Or if you choose the Tiny House temporary design but would like to have it made suitable for off-grid living, that is also possible. A lot is possible, but the standard drawings are also very complete, practical and beautiful.

Living legally in your Tiny House

The construction drawing packages are designed so that you can easily apply for an environmental permit for your Tiny House. They all comply with the Bbl (Living Environment Construction Works Decree) and the Tiny House permanently including terrace has even been made optimally suitable for obtaining a balanced BENG calculation. The construction calculations are calculated for the heaviest class. As a result, the Tiny Houses can in principle pass the permit process anywhere in the Netherlands in terms of the structural requirements.
