Everything from R-values to building plans, planning permission documents and the receipts for the boiler is included. The house is 2.95m wide, 8.50m long and 3.14m high. It can easily be transported on a flatbed lorry.

- Particle and membrane filters to convert rainwater into drinking water.
- 3,000-litre tank including associated and installed pump.
- Underfloor heating with Benorden underlay. Not currently connected, but intact and ready for installation if required.
- New IKEA kitchen: fridge, two-burner hob with extractor system. This can be fitted to vent indoors or outdoors. Connected, but no venting duct has yet been fitted. (You can choose which option to use; all necessary components are provided.) Drawers with internal drawers for extra storage space. Stylish professional tap included.
- The bathroom features a wet corner. Vintage washbasin and shower tray. Click-fit tiles are available but have not yet been fitted due to a rushed move. (So they can be easily adapted)
- Facade clad in low-maintenance mahogany. This has weathered to a greyish hue and will retain this colour permanently. Recycled packaging material from doors and windows.
- Tilt-and-turn windows (double-glazed) and a glass tilt-and-turn door are fitted. All made from solid wood.
- Real wooden floor with floor paint. Can be sanded down to reveal the original wooden floor.
- Built-in bench made from a new IKEA mattress. Bespoke covers made from recycled denim. Drawers for crates under the bench, fitted with castors.
- 85% of the electrical installation is complete and just needs a handyman to finish it off.
- Air conditioning, which also provides heating, is fitted. Designed for 100m³, so more than adequate.
- Can be connected to three-phase power via a 5-pin CEE plug.
