Description
We offer tiny houses with dimensions of 2.55 x 6.6 m. The home is delivered 100% ready for use and even includes kitchen inventory and bed linen.
The house provides sleeping space for four people (2 places on the ground floor + 2 places in the loft). The loft is accessible via a multifunctional staircase that also serves as a storage cabinet. This cabinet is additionally equipped with a fold-out work/dining table.
The home also features a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, refrigerator, and extractor hood.
The house is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and cooling. The floor is insulated with 150 mm of insulation, and the walls and ceiling with 100 mm of insulation.
Our houses have been tested in a Scandinavian climate and can be used comfortably all year round.
We offer a total of 6 different floor plans, and all of our homes can be customized according to the customer’s wishes.
All prices include delivery within the Netherlands.
NB!
We can also offer wheeled tiny houses with an off-grid setup. This includes a water tank, a combustion toilet, solar panels with a battery pack and backup generator, an off-grid kitchen, a fireplace, etc. Prices for the off-grid houses start from EUR 56,500.
