Due to my plans to move to Sweden, my tiny house is looking for a new owner. The house (built in 2022), a timber-frame structure built on a double-axle trailer with new tires and measuring 9 meters in length, has a truly original layout and, in addition to a spacious feel, boasts an abundance of natural light thanks to the large windows. From the functional kitchen with an induction hob, combination oven, and large refrigerator/freezer, you can literally bring the outdoors in through the large tilt-and-turn window. Next to the central, spacious room, you'll find a cozy, elevated living area that can be completely closed off with curtains. Opposite, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet, sink, infrared heating, and bathtub is built into the elevated space. A utility room and storage space are located beneath the elevated spaces. The well-insulated house has a 16-amp electrical hookup, a smart/energy-efficient electric boiler, and is heated by a heat pump (hot/cold).
