A pilot will also start in Apeldoorn next year, with space for 10 Tiny House. After much consultation, it was announced which location could be designated for the experiment: a plot of land between Zuidbroek Park and Nijbroekseweg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-27330 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tinyfindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rob-Voss-Foto-TINY-HOUSE-03-1000x669.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"669\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tinyfindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rob-Voss-Foto-TINY-HOUSE-03-1000x669.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.tinyfindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rob-Voss-Foto-TINY-HOUSE-03-500x335.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.tinyfindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rob-Voss-Foto-TINY-HOUSE-03.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><u>Apeldoorn pilot<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>A beautiful location, close to various Apeldoorn facilities and the nature reserve the Veluwe. In the meantime, the registration of interested parties for the trial has been opened and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apeldoorn.nl\/voorwaarden-proef-tinyhouses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">conditions<\/a> have been drawn up that the submitted plans must meet. Before you are eligible for a place in the project, it is necessary to draw up an idea for your Tiny House, and you must go through a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apeldoorn.nl\/stappenplan-tiny-house\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">step-by-step plan<\/a> to get to actually being able to sign the agreement.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27324 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tinyfindy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/locatie-proef-tiny-house.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"464\" height=\"441\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A Tiny House is an innovative and sustainable form of living. The Apeldoorn pilot involves temporary use (maximum 5 years) and the houses that are placed are self-sufficient. This is also called &#8220;off-grid&#8221; living and means that the municipality does not arrange a connection to water, sewer, gas, electricity and cable for the houses. Everything is done to encourage interested parties to experiment as much as possible and gain experience with this new form of living.<\/p>\n<h3>Build or have it built<\/h3>\n<p>When you indicate that you are interested in a lot in Apeldoorn, you have the following options when setting up your tiny house:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I will buy a tiny house and transport it to the location<\/li>\n<li>I am going to build a tiny house myself<\/li>\n<li>I will have a Tiny House custom built<\/li>\n<li>I come with my own Tiny House that I am currently living in elsewhere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this lot you pay rent and you have to install the sewerage yourself.<\/p>\n<h3>Diversity<\/h3>\n<p>The municipality wants as much diversity as possible in Tiny Houses in the project. All different houses in a green environment, so that a recreational park appearance is avoided. Of course, agreements are made with interested parties about, for example, the maximum surface area of the houses and the placement of sheds, fences or gardens.
