The house is fully insulated, equipped with a Class A boiler<\/strong>, essential appliances, and ready to be connected to electricity, water, and sewage systems.<\/p>\n

The house is currently placed on a private plot near the water, just 22 km from the city of Groningen. It can be relocated with a strong vehicle (approx. 3,500 kg). Assistance with transportation can be arranged at an additional cost.<\/p>\n
