Compact living, with room for your life. Haven A by construction company Firius is a single-storey prefabricated timber-frame home with a gross floor area of 46 m². Choose a weather-tight shell to finish yourself or a turnkey home.
The layout provides a living room with space for an open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance hall and a utility room. A practical home for one or two people, all on one level.
Indicative shell prices start at €60,500 including VAT. This starting price includes the weather-tight home, foundations, roof, exterior finish, windows and doors, transport and assembly. Land or a plot is not included.
Prices are indicative. After discussing your requirements, site and preferred specification, we will be happy to prepare a tailored quotation.
Indicative turnkey price: €136,000 including VAT. This includes the shell, finishes and installations as described in the brochure. Land, infrastructure and urban farming landscaping are excluded. We will be happy to prepare a quotation for your preferred finishes and installations. The kitchen, bathroom, wall and ceiling finishes, flooring and energy systems are specified in that quotation and are not included in the shell starting price. The turnkey specification includes electrical and plumbing installations. The selected installation features refer to the turnkey version; connections to public utilities are specified in the quotation.
Preparation and construction. Preparation takes a maximum of three months. On-site shell construction takes up to three days; turnkey construction takes up to two weeks. The start of on-site work is coordinated with site readiness, necessary approvals and the agreed scope of work.
The stated 46 m² is gross floor area, not net living area. The main photograph shows a completed Haven home by Firius. The other exterior and interior images are illustrative impressions: layouts, window positions, furnishings and installations may differ from the offered specification. The floor plan and final quotation define the agreed specification and materials. Landscaping, decking and loose furniture are not included in the shell starting price.
