Description

This tiny house is move-in ready and fully equipped. It features high-quality, sustainable materials and systems—fully compliant with current regulations—and comes with a local (!) zoning and building permit.

After seven wonderful years (including the addition of two family members), we have outgrown our fantastic little home. We are now offering our dream tiny house for sale to the next resident(s) who will enjoy living there. It is a sturdy, well-insulated, and relocatable tiny house. Built according to passive house principles and featuring biophilic design, it creates a sense of open space and abundant light. It includes high-insulation windows, clay walls, integrated storage, and state-of-the-art equipment (heat pump, recirculating extractor hood, heat recovery ventilation unit, and solar water heater).

The house is located in the Pionierskwartier in Delft, a housing cooperative comprising 14 tiny houses. The specific plot at Pionierskwartier is not automatically included in the sale. As a buyer, you can be nominated to the group as a potential resident for the site, after which a selection process follows. Alternatively, you can of course relocate the house to a different site.
