The house is currently located in the Pionierskwartier in Delft, a housing cooperative comprising 14 tiny houses. The specific plot within the Pionierskwartier is not included in the sale. However, as a buyer, you can be nominated to the group as a potential resident for the site, subject to a selection process.
Alternatively, you can move the house to a different location. Transport is possible by road using a tractor or a (heavy-duty) truck. The veranda can be dismantled into sections relatively easily.
