You can list it for free on TinyFindy for one month.” That’s what we wrote in our first blog post of the year last year. Because this offer has been successfully utilized, we’re extending it for another year.
Which locations and houses can you list for free?
At TinyFindy, we support the Tiny House movement, which is all about sustainable, affordable, and minimalist living. The location or house with land must therefore be suitable, or capable of being made suitable, for permanent (year-round) Tiny House living. This could be for a period of several years, but preferably indefinitely.
It’s not possible to promote campsites or vacation parks, but if part of the site is suitable (or can be made suitable) for long-term permanent residence, that’s a different story. If a permit is not (yet) in place, this must be clearly stated in the listing so that interested parties are aware of any procedures that still need to be completed.
What are the benefits for you?
Your location will be seen by many Tiny House enthusiasts via TinyFindy (averaging 950 visitors daily). This gives you a great chance to find buyers or renters who align with your offer and vision. Your listing will also be shared on our social media channels to reach even more potential buyers or renters.
Marjolein Jonker, owner of TinyFindy, is also the founder of the Register van (aspirant) Tiny House bewoners, where people interested in Tiny House living are informed about available or developing locations. Your listing will also be shared with Register members searching for a Tiny House or plot.
Why is this FREE?
Finding suitable locations is the biggest challenge for people wanting to live in a Tiny House. We’re convinced that many more suitable locations exist but don’t always find the right path to potential new users. By offering free listings for locations on TinyFindy, we aim to help connect promising locations with enthusiastic Tiny House residents.
How does it work?
How can you qualify for a free listing for your plot on TinyFindy? Send an email to info@tinyfindy.com with the subject line “free listing,” and we’ll send you a code to purchase a free TinyFindy Package B (4 weeks online, valued at €14.95). You can then upload your photos and text yourself. This page explains exactly how it works.
