We have wonderful news: TinyFindy has won not one, but two awards in the Website of the Year 2025 competition in the Housing category! We were awarded:
🏆 Best Website – Gold
🥈 Most Popular Website – Silver
This is an enormous honour for us — and beyond anything we expected.
When we started TinyFindy in 2017, our goal was clear: to create a place where the Tiny House movement in the Netherlands could grow and flourish. A platform where supply and demand could connect, where knowledge could be shared, and where people choosing small, sustainable and intentional living could feel supported.
To now stand among major players — and even win two awards — feels almost unreal and incredibly special.
From nomination to double winner
Being nominated among established platforms was already a huge compliment. We saw it as recognition of what TinyFindy aims to be: a warm, accessible and idealistic platform born from dedication and love for the Tiny House movement. But to actually win, and twice, was beyond anything we had hoped for.
The title Best Website is awarded based on quality criteria such as user-friendliness, clarity, trustworthiness, content, design, and the likelihood that voters would recommend the site to others. Winning gold in this category means a great deal to our small team and the community that supports us. We also received silver for Most Popular Website, a public-voted award that we are incredibly proud of.
We warmly congratulate Funda on winning the gold award for Most Popular Website in the Housing category.
Why this recognition matters
TinyFindy has stayed true to its course from the very beginning. We consciously choose to maintain a platform that aligns with the values of the Tiny House movement: recognising small living as a full-fledged form of housing.
For us, this means:
- No in-your-face banners or intrusive advertising
- No recreational houses or garden offices that blur the picture
- Only true Tiny Houses as full-fledged homes
- Realistic fees, so everyone can participate
That’s why these awards feel like a powerful recognition that you can stay true to your values — and still grow, make an impact, and measure up to large commercial platforms.
