Bragging isn’t really in our blood at TinyFindy. But today we would like to let you know that we are really proud of our platform, of how it is growing quietly and steadily.
Thousands of visitors
In 2023 we had an average of over 600 visitors per day on the site! January this year even showed an average number of visitors per day of more than 800, and spring has yet to start. Traditionally, spring is a time when it gets a bit busier, the dreams of a simple life in a small house with lots of greenery around it become stronger. That promises something.
The range on the site is also growing. While we had around 50 listings on the site for a long time, we now consistently have between 70 and 80 advertisements. The listings always change, there is something new to see on TinyFindy every week. We are of course very happy with our loyal regular providers, some of whom have had a place on the site for years. For the regularly returning visitor it is also nice to always see something new and that is certainly the case.
More lots and Tiny Houses with land
We are seeing an increase in the number of plots and Tiny Houses with land offered on TinyFindy. There are more and more residential locations in the Netherlands and fortunately also more permanent residential projects, where you can buy your own plot to build your Tiny House. If you want to move again, for whatever reason, TinyFindy is the ideal platform to place your home on the market. We recently set a record: this house (photo below) was sold within a week via TinyFindy. And this year you can still get a free offer for one month if you want to offer a lot or Tiny House plus land.
