When we founded TinyFindy in 2017, our goal was crystal clear: to create a place where the Tiny House movement in the Netherlands could grow and flourish. A platform where seekers could find plots or houses, and providers could present their land or homes. Over the years, TinyFindy has become the go-to platform where supply and demand come together: from houses for sale and rent to plots, products, and services such as compact staircases, architects, and sustainable solutions.
But just as important: TinyFindy is also a place for inspiration and information about everything related to Tiny Houses. We share stories, experiences, research, and news from within the Tiny House movement.
An outsider among the giants
Being nominated feels very special. The “Website of the Year” competition is known for the big names that take part: from Funda to Huispedia. Large platforms with massive marketing budgets. And right there among them is TinyFindy – an idealistic initiative born out of love for small-scale and sustainable living.
With an average of 1,000 visitors per day (and peaks over 5,000!), we prove that small can be mighty. That a community of people who believe in simplicity, sustainability, and connection can create something truly powerful together.
