The double win in the Website of the Year awards this year has inspired us in many ways. The feedback we received from our voters encourages us to keep building and improving TinyFindy — something we are very happy to do.
We repeatedly heard that one thing was still missing on TinyFindy: a place where people can find Tiny House initiatives — and where initiatives can find each other. We listened. As of 1 January 2026, TinyFindy will introduce a new category: Initiatives. Tiny House initiatives can place a listing on TinyFindy free of charge. All you need to do is send us an email to receive a free code — quick and easy.
What are initiatives?

The category ‘Initiatives’ includes both citizen-led initiatives and professional initiatives aimed at creating Tiny House residential locations. This can be a CPO group, a starting citizen initiative, or an organisation such as Minitopia that is developing a new location and looking for residents.
An initiative does not need to own land yet. If your initiative is further along and already offers plots for rent or sale, the Plots category is more suitable — where advertising is also free. Are you currently on your own but planning to start an initiative? You are welcome to post a call for fellow initiators or future residents via the Initiatives category.
Each Tiny House project starts with an initiative.
Why is this free?
Initiatives do not sell products; they look for members. In most cases, there is no well-filled association fund (yet). At TinyFindy, we are big supporters of Tiny House initiatives and we want to help them wherever we can. These are the people working hard to create more Tiny House living opportunities — and they deserve all the support they can get.
Our platform works in such a way that you normally purchase a package before creating a listing. Unfortunately, we cannot change this structure for the new category at this time.
However, simply email info@tinyfindy.com with the subject line free initiatives listing and briefly tell us about your initiative. We will quickly send you a discount code that allows you to purchase Package D (16 weeks) for free (regular value €47.95). When this period ends, you can request a free extension.
Why list your initiative on TinyFindy?
Listing your initiative on TinyFindy helps you become visible to potential new members. You can also use TinyFindy to present your project if you do not (yet) have your own website, or prefer not to maintain one. This allows you to save on the costs of building and hosting a website for the time being.
