Are you looking for a Tiny House that is affordable, complies with the new BBL (building) permit regulations and where you can 'just' sleep downstairs? Then the Inropa Modular Tiny Houses are ideal for you!
The Inropa Modular TWIN are composed of two 'modules' that together form one spacious home of 34 or 40 sm! Affordability, comfort and space are paramount.
The Inropa Modular Tiny's comply with the new guidelines of BBL, the Building and Living Environment Decree (formerly Building Decree), which all new (small) homes must comply with. They comply with the rules for temporary or permanent living.
The big advantage of the Inropa Modular Tiny's is that they are very easy to move again, if necessary. You can drive wheels under them and possibly move them yourself (or have them moved) via the public road, even without the costs of a low loader or mobile construction crane.
You can have your say on the shape, layout, colours and price. We build them, just like our other INROPA Tiny Houses (on wheels), both in shell and living versions and exclusively from natural materials. Prices start at 69,000 euros for a shell and 84,000 euros for a living version (turnkey) for an Inropa Modular Tiny 34. This is without a building permit application and quality assurance, but with a recording of the construction process. Our Inropa Modular Tiny Houses are also available off-grid.

Inropa Tiny Houses is the largest builder of real Tiny House in the Netherlands. The Inropa Tiny Houses are all built in our own factory in Hardenberg (NL), and are exclusively build with natural and biobased materials. You can participate in the design and you can come and see the progress of your own Tiny during the construction phase. That certainly gives you a good feeling!
Price is without loose furnishings, furniture and mattress. Price is incl. VAT and ex works Hardenberg NL.
